Salary and Benefits:
- Deputy Manager (JM-I): ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 per month
- Chief Manager (MM-III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 per month
- Management Trainee Stipend: ₹65,000 per month (during training)
- Post-Training Absorption: MTs will be promoted to Deputy Manager (JM-I) upon successful completion of one year.
