Position: Technical Center Executive (Techno-Marketing)
Location: Indore
Experience: 4 to 12 years (On-roll experience in Techno-Marketing)
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage training centers for waterproofing materials and system propositions.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for users, influencers, builders, and government bodies.
- Maintain stock of products and consumable items at the training center.
- Develop strong connections with stakeholders in and outside the city.
- Prepare innovative presentations and training modules.
- Ensure smooth operations of the technical center, maintaining high standards of service.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Industry Background: Cement, Building Construction, Waterproofing.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in handling training centers in the service industry, waterproofing application, or building material industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials and application systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently (Individual Contributor Role).
- Preferred: Candidate with a personal vehicle (preferably a 4-wheeler) for easy stakeholder management.
- Physically fit for an extensive work culture.
