UP Board Results 2025: 420 Schools Must Upload Internal Marks by April 7 — Final Warning Issued

April 7, 2025

Kathy

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has issued a final directive to 420 schools across 62 districts to upload pending internal assessment marks by April 7, 2025 (4:00 PM). This is a crucial requirement before the announcement of the UP Board Class 10 and 12 Results 2025.

What’s the Issue?

In a notification shared by UPMSP on X (formerly Twitter), it was revealed that several schools have not yet submitted marks for the 2024-25 academic session. The missing data includes:

  • High School (Class 10): Internal Assessment Marks
  • Intermediate (Class 12): Marks for Moral Education, Yoga, Sports, and Physical Education

Important: If these marks are not uploaded by the deadline, students will be marked as failed. Responsibility will lie with the school principals and the respective District Inspector of Schools (DIOS).

Action Required by Schools

All schools listed in the notice must:

  • Upload internal assessment marks by April 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM
  • Use the official UPMSP website: upmsp.edu.in

This is the final opportunity—no further extensions will be granted.

UP Board Result 2025: Expected Release

The Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results are expected to be announced later in April 2025. Currently, the evaluation process is underway. It resumed on April 1, after a short break due to Eid on March 31.

Why Internal Marks Matter

Internal assessments are a core part of a student’s final result. Missing or unsubmitted marks could lead to:

  • Students being declared failed
  • Missed college admission opportunities
  • Long-term academic impact

The UPMSP has made it clear that the responsibility for such issues will rest solely with school authorities.
