Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract roles in the IT sector.
- Must have experience in C2C, C2H hiring.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, including developers, data engineers, and IT support professionals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to find and attract top talent.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the hiring process from interview to onboarding.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on contract hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, social media, and job boards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Details
Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
