- Ensure regular backups and data recovery processes for critical business data.
- Maintain data quality, organization, and compliance through effective data management practices.
- Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure for remote work and online collaboration.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage server storage, hosting services, and domain configurations for web applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot WiFi networks for performance and security.
- Support and troubleshoot printers and plotters, ensuring proper connectivity and performance.
