Job Description
Khushi Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor with a B.Sc. in Agriculture to manage the full product lifecycle from development to distribution. The ideal candidate will oversee product quality, analyze market trends, coordinate with teams, track inventory, optimize pricing, and drive product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product development to align with market demand.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Oversee inventory to ensure availability and timely distribution.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies.
Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and product management software.
